Recently we get a new order of the window roller. The roller is very old product in Dominica, almost every family use the window roller, so customers tend to have a big purchase quantity, low prices .

I think the roller is very easy to production, because it doesn't have the high quality requirements. Although the quality of the product requirements is low, but I still hope to be able to make it better , so i decided to change it.

Why i want to change this roller? If I use the old way of production, customers would not oppose, but when I assembled the window I found there are some problems in the roller:

When I install the casement, I must to adjust the roller height to the lowest by my hand, After put the casement window frame, use the screw adjustment, increase the height of the roller.

When I adjust the wheel height by hand， I found that because the roller of the inner shell and out shell friction, the roller can not adjust the height

Some factories in the solution to this problem using a lighter riveted, but it will make the roller wobble , influence the quality of the product.

Can be seen from the picture, as older (up) has a gap, there have a very narrow side, the narrow side is very easy to deformation, and easy to friction and even gets stuck with inner shell. The modified, cancel the design of the gap, the shell will not deformation, reduces the jam problem .

I make some change, make the product easy to use, it did not increase my cost, But he will make customers more satisfied with my products .
