Of course, the roller is not our products, but to see the other factory’s problems, we'll think of some way to avoid this problem occur on our products.

Through the picture you can see, there was a problem with this product adopt ball bearings and plastic outer package . the ball bearing diameter is 18mm, and the groove diameter is 19mm, In other words, the thickness of the plastic is only 1 mm , plastic is too thin, cause easily broken after pulley under pressure .

Look at my improvement program : I change the ball bearing to needle bearing, in this way have 2 advantages .1. the needle bearing diameter only have 8mm, the groove diameter is 19mm, In other words, the thickness of the plastic is 11mm, Added a lot of plastic parts .

2. the needle bearing different ball bearing, The wheels of the same size, needle roller bearing can be heavier than ball bearing weight .

Considering the above several factors, I'll change the structure of the wheel . Although the solution to the wheel load-bearing problems and firmness, but also consider the smoothness of the wheel, so i will make a text :
